Timberlands

Every working forest is unique. So is our customized sustainable management approach.

One of the benefits of being a large-scale landowner is getting to understand the unique ecology and economy of each region. For instance, our California Timberlands are known for their thriving populations of fish and wildlife, including protected species such as the northern spotted owl, while our Southeast Timberlands are a blend of cultivated pine, natural hardwoods and a variety of game species such as deer and wild turkey. Each region provides essential services, products and protections that enable local species, communities and economies to prosper alongside our business. We are pleased to share many of these unique forests with others.
